## What is a 3D scroll website?
A 3D scroll website is a site where scrolling moves a camera through a real-time 3D scene instead of sliding flat sections up the screen. It is also called scrollytelling or an immersive website. Sideways builds them with WebGL and three.js, keeping all text as real HTML so search engines, AI assistants and screen readers can read it.

## Who it is for
- Product launches that need a memorable landing page
- Brands that want their site to stand out from template websites
- Small businesses and online stores in Dubai and the UAE that need a fast, professional site on a small budget
- Agencies that need a 3D scroll hero added to an existing site

## Process (one to four weeks)
1. Storyboard (days 1–2): the scroll written as a shot list.
2. Model (days 3–7): low-poly scenes textured for the web, with a polygon budget per section.
3. Choreograph (weeks 2–3): camera curves, easing and text timing tuned on real phones and trackpads.
4. Ship (weeks 3–4): low-end device testing, a reduced-motion version, and a site the client can edit.

## Performance budget for every site
- 60 fps on a mid-range phone from three years ago
- Under 1.5 MB total 3D payload
- Largest Contentful Paint under 2.0 s on 4G
- 100% of content readable with motion turned off
